Why are you only now "shocked" at the revelations about LIBOR being rigged, when over three years ago Zerohedge wrote the following?
"Everyone knows there is something very screwy about LIBOR...."You could have asked your board to investigate at the time, the board is after all rather well placed to know what is going on with LIBOR as it contains senior executives from banks such as Barclays.
